"Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can."
~ Arthur Ashe

Contributing something new is the only thing that made sense to me this year when so much globally appears to be falling apart.  What are you creating? I'd love to hear in the comments and cheer you on.

Each night I focus on one small piece of my vision to build a venue that includes creative gatherings, learnings, patterns that will plant trees globally and support efforts to remove plastic from waters. Photo is of the first two hats of a series of six nature motifs that are available for sale on Ravelry, and here when Waterwoman Knits web shop is up and running.

  • Crowdfunding for beginner knitter supplies and camera equipment for tutorials to provide online pattern support.

Please stay tuned, as the quote above is the instruction manual I'm going by to build this step by step from literally nothing but yarn, sticks, love for Earth, and intention, while I continue to work every day of the week to stay in food and shelter. I am thrilled to reach this starting point where hats that did not exist a month ago now exist on paper and in wool. Excited for what will be!
